The ENMANE 1099 shielded Ethernet cable extender is designed for joining two bulk network cables in permanent-link and field-maintenance applications. It creates a direct cable-to-cable connection without requiring RJ45 plugs at the joint.
A hinged upper cover provides convenient access to the internal conductor termination area. This structure makes conductor positioning, inspection and subsequent re-termination easier while keeping the connection protected after the housing is closed.
The zinc-alloy enclosure supports shielding continuity and provides mechanical protection for the cable joint. Integrated clamping components secure the incoming cables without separate cable ties, resulting in a compact and serviceable connection.
